    Approved creators get a share link, a dashboard, and their commission terms locked in v1. You'll know the exact rate before you post a thing.

    Drop the link in your IG bio, a newsletter, a pinned post. Every visitor who signs up through it is attributed to you — no pixels to chase, no attribution window games.

    Watch the dashboard. Once your balance clears the currency minimum, request a payout. Admin reviews every request, then Stripe settles.

FAQ

How do payouts actually work?+
You earn a commission on paid invoices from coaches who signed up through your code. Those earnings show up in your dashboard in the currency the coach paid in. Once your balance for a given currency clears the minimum (£40 / $50 / ₹4,000), you can request a payout. Admin reviews every request manually, and once approved, Stripe Connect transfers the funds to the bank account you connected during onboarding.
When do earnings become available?+
A referred coach's paid invoice starts showing up in your dashboard as earnings. Payouts are still reviewed manually before money is released, so creators always have a clear human review step rather than an instant auto-payout. Your commission terms stay the same: 30% for the first 12 months, then 10% for as long as that subscription stays active.
What happens after someone signs up through my link?+
The visitor lands on a creator-branded landing page at trainedby.fit/r/<your code>. If they click through to pricing, your code auto-applies at checkout. Once they sign up and pay, they're attributed to you in your dashboard and their earnings activity starts accumulating there.
Are my terms locked, or can you change them later?+
Launch-window creators are locked into v1 terms — 30% year one, 10% forever, per currency. We may launch future cohorts with different terms, but yours don't move. Your locked version is visible in your dashboard.
Can I apply if my audience is outside fitness?+
We're prioritising coach-adjacent audiences — fitness, nutrition, transformation, performance, health. If your audience is elsewhere but includes working coaches, tell us in your application and we'll take a look. We're deliberately selective so approved creators refer people who actually convert.
Do I need a certain follower count?+
No hard minimum. We care about audience quality and fit more than raw numbers — a 5k niche audience of working coaches is worth more than 100k generic followers. Tell us what you know about your audience in the application.
Is there a contract to sign?+
No paper. When you accept your approval email, you accept the v1 creator terms (visible in your dashboard). We can both end the relationship at any time — we pay out everything owed through your final referred invoice.
